TheMultiVOIP.com has invested in a hardened Data Center to insure that we provide world-class availability and uptime. The Data Center is monitored 7 days a week, 24 hours a day by the Network Operations Centers (NOC) located in Florida, Virginia and New York. The NOCs provides network monitoring, performance and management to all of the TheMultiVOIP.com systems. It also furnishes real-time network status to our Customer Support Team and assists with problem resolution.
Our data center is multi-home BGP and we are connected to the internet utilizing multiple and redundant DS-3 connections. We employ redundant power, environment and climate control in our hardened building.
